Job Oriented Terms and Conditions are applicable in only those courses that exclusively are mentioned as “Job Oriented Programs” irrespective of the technology. So long as the name suggests that it is a job oriented program the below-mentioned terms and conditions will follow. And each candidate must ensure that all the terms and conditions are followed respectively so as to avail of the services mentioned.

A company or educational institution cannot truly “guarantee” a job or placement for a candidate, because the final decision always lies with the hiring company, and a candidate’s performance is key. ONLEI Technologies is only offering 100% Guaranteed Placement Assistance (NO JOB GUARANTEE).

1. Candidate’s Competency:
   • If a candidate lacks the required skills, does not perform well in interviews, or fails to complete projects and assignments, no company can force an employer to hire them.

Terms & Conditions for Job Oriented Courses from ONLEI Technologies

This program offers a job oriented training to the participants subjected to specific terms and conditions mentioned below. If you will not able to follow any term or condition then there will be no assistance from ONLEI . The materials contained in this site are secured by relevant copyright and trademark law. 1. Self-Application: While ONLEI provides placement assistance, candidates are expected to apply to companies on their own as well. Taking initiative in applying for jobs independently is encouraged to maximize opportunities.
2. Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in India in accordance with the Government of India’s regulations.
3. Completion of Projects: Job-oriented course assistance will not be available unless the candidate successfully completes all required projects.
4. Assignment Completion: Candidates must complete at least 70% of the assigned tasks, including projects and other course activities. Projects must be submitted within the specified deadlines set by the course experts.
5. Class Attendance: Candidates must attend all classes on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered an absence for that session.
6. No Plagiarism: Candidates must ensure that all submitted work is original. Any plagiarized assignments, blog posts, quizzes, or other submissions will be deemed invalid. In such cases, candidates will be required to resubmit their work.
7. Attendance Requirement: A minimum attendance of 90% is required for candidates to receive any form of assistance from ONLEI Technologies.
8. Internship and Project Completion: Candidates must complete their internship projects in order to be eligible for job opportunities offered through the Job Oriented Program. Failure to complete the required internship or projects will disqualify the candidate from interview opportunities.
9. Career Gap: Candidates must not have a career gap of more than two years in their professional profile.
10. Interview Opportunities: ONLEI will share job opportunities only with the candidate’s consent. If a candidate fails to attend or is unwilling to participate in the interview, they forfeit any claim to further interview opportunities, and ONLEI reserves the right to deny future interviews.
11. Background Verification: Upon securing a job, candidates are required to pass all background checks as mandated by the employer. ONLEI will not be held responsible for any issues arising from failed background verification.
12. Access to Interview and Resume Preparation: Candidates will only be eligible for interview and resume preparation services if they adhere to the above guidelines.
